I have decided to change this blog to be more of a how to blog.  Up til now I have given you history of desserts and shown pictures of how I made it, but I feel like there was not a lot of feeling to the posts.  I love to bake, but I was not having any fun with the blog.  I felt like I was baking, but not enjoying it. I want to provide information that people enjoy reading and am able to educate as well.  I would like to help people who want to learn to bake or hone in their baking skills to get something out of this site.  Today I am going to post some pictures of desserts I have made in the past and if anyone would like a more in depth “how to” on any of the desserts I am going to post please let me know.
