About me

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children.  I am a pastry chef and am a classicaly trained chef.  I have battled my way through cancer and come out the other side.  I love to bake.  It is a passion and what I spend most of my time doing.  I like knowing where the dessert, I am making, comes from.  I, also, like to use fresh ingredients.  If I can get them at the farmers market or straight from a farm, I will.
